The program includes a consumer sampling program set up in Boulder, Colorado; Hartford, Connecticut; and Wilmington, Delaware. The program entailed DuPont salesmen going door-to-door and delivering sample cans of DuPont Turf Food. Where no one was at home, a flyer was hung on the door for individuals to bring to a distributer for a free sample.
