Newspaper clippings scrapbook "1935-1936", 1935 September-1936 May
Articles focus on AAG's formation, exhibits, new members joining, new ideas in Christmas cards, and selling art or democratizing art. There are a few articles written by Samuel Golden about selling cards and art to everyday people. Laid in the front is a handmade book, "Neither Out Far Nor In Deep," a poem by Robert Frost with woodcuts by J.J. Lankes, inscribed "With best wishes to Samuel Golden from J.J. Lankes." Also laid in is the Brooklyn Museum Quarterly, vol. 22, no. 4, and the Western Artist, October 1935 issue.
