Book #23 contains photographs of work Pahlmann completed for Texas A&M University (College Station, Texas), Rice University (Houston, Texas), and the University of South Carolina (Columbia, South Carolina). This volume's pages are numbered within each individual section, not sequentially from beginning to end. Most sections are not labeled but are separated by one or more blank pages. They appear in Book #23 in the following order:

All images in Book #4 are interior and exterior photographs of the Milton Steinbach house, located in Rye, New York. Prominent in these photographs are pieces of furniture from Pahlmann's "Momentum" furniture line, a television installed in a movable cabinet, and a photograph of Pahlmann inside of the house which was used in a Lord Calvert Whisky advertisement (see Publicity Books Series, Volume 5 and the Publicity/Photo Files Series, Box 33, "Steinbach-Rye" Folder).
