[Connecticut BTC], which equipment had then been leased back to MCI. Funds for the original lease-purchase had been provided by Emerson Capital Corporation and a group of lenders including the Japanese companies IBJ Leasing Co. Ltd. and Kawasaki Enterprises Inc. with Swiss bank Banque Paribas as agent. Major participants in the refinancing agreement included Wilmington Trust Company as agent, General Electric Credit Corporation [GECC] and a number of major Wall Street brokerages.
