Scope and Contents
Memoranda and correspondence concerning changes in the subcontract forms made necessary by the Renegotiation Act of 1951, including the nondiscrimination clause, and also those added to facilitate relations between Du Pont, subcontractors, and the AEC in regard to disputes over work performed, tax provisions, costs and expenses, and purchase order terms and conditions. Include are a copy of AEC Renegotiation Memorandum no. 6 (10/1/54), concerning the Renegotiation Act of 1951, as amended and extended to 12/31/54; two copies of the subcontract form with revisions as of 11/1/54.
