Subjects include changes in preliminary design for the heavy water plant and the GS process at Savannah River; the selection of the site for the heavy water components test reactor; the forestry program at SRP; biological studies at the site; design data reports security and distribution; informational visits by utility company representatives to the SRP site; assessment of controls for safety of non reactor nuclear facilities; administrative control of the reactors; administrative control procedures and revision of administrative control documents; and safety procedures and the United States Department of Energy's approval for same at SRP.
