List of the owners: from Joseph Bancroft, through William, ending with John Bancroft, Sr. For a period of time (until 1988), the house was used as a restaurant. Subsequent to its vacancy, there was an attempt to convert it to living space. House dimensions, floor by floor, measured in cubic feet, delineating size of each room; and calculations of necessary radiator space, and a copy of a picture of the dining room when owned by Joseph and Sarah in 1865.
