Scope and Contents

Two groups of market research studies by various outside agencies and organizations. The first is a group of surveys and analyses, with related MCI memoranda and correspondence, carried out on behalf of MCI by a number of consultant and research organizations. These studies were used to determine awareness of various MCI services, attitudes towards MCI services and corporate identity. The second group consists of reports produced for the telecommunications business market by various organizations, researching and reporting on aspects of national and international telecommunications and data transmission market opportunities.
