Scope and Content
The Events series is made up of film, video and audio that document various events that took place at, or for the employees of, the David Sarnoff Research Center. The only film depicts the Army/Navy “E” Ceremony for the employees of the Research Center. The audio recordings are primarily made up of elements from the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Research Center. Many speeches and presentations from the event, including from David Sarnoff and James Hillier are presented here. Much of the video are parts of the 50th Anniversary celebration including slide presentations and a script. Other events consist of celebrations, memorials and concerts performed at the Research Center.
