Biographical Note
Dominick Loiacono worked for the Sarnoff Corporation from 1995 to 2007. While there he worked on a broad array of projects including detail design and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies, design documentation, schematic capture and PC board layout, among others. He also worked with vendors to ensure parts availability and field customer service inquiries. In the early 2000s he worked with James Matey on a few patents on iris biometric systems and measurement.
Scope and Content
These color photographs and negatives depict work in the lab and in social settings. One set of images shows work done by Lo Iacono and his colleagues in the labs of the Sarnoff Corporation in the fall of 1997. The other contains group photographs of researchers and a party held by researchers in the early 2000s that appear to be related to work on ORCHID. Two Kodak photo CD's contain images of Lo Iacono's work and personal life.
