File documents expenses paid from Operating and Special accounts of the company: purebred cattle purchases; cattle feed, transportation, blacksmith, veterinarian services; contractor work, construction and plumbing supplies; machinery acquisition, rentals and repairs, gasoline; furniture and equipment for main house and office at Fair Hill, maintenance and repairs at houses for rent; telephone and electrical bills; and membership in Cecil County Farm Bureau.
Money from the Special account was transferred to the Operating account in January 1960; money from Operating account was transferred to du Pont's Foxcatcher Livestock account in December 1962. Bills paid from both Operating and Foxcatcher Livestock accounts were kept with the files of the company up until 1965, as well as 1960-1962 bills paid from du Pont's Construction account for expenses related to Foxcatcher Livestock farms.
Although Foxcatcher Livestock Co. merged with Fair Hill, Inc. in the summer of 1962, the bills were still kept with files of the Foxcatcher Livestock Co. through year's end. Beginning with January 1963, bills are filed with the papers of Fair Hill, Inc.
