Consists of an incomplete group of account books from the various Grubb family iron enterprises, namely, Codorus, Mananda, Mount Hope, Mount Vernon, and Henry Clay. Some books are unidentified as to the specific forge or furnace, while others include data related to employee store purchases and wages, grain and cordwood production, ore hauling, pig iron production and shipments, bloom and bar iron production, and raw material consumption.
