Biographical / Historical
John Molter spent time in the Air Force before his employment at the DuPont Plant in Belle, West Virginia. After a period at Belle, he was transferred to Wilmington, Delaware into the spun-bonded group known then as Specialty Fibers, and for a period of time including Orlon.
Scope and Contents
Molter discusses his work in end-use marketing and product development in the spun-bonded markets. His discussion indicates a lot of freedom for the end-use marketing group to develop markets.
