The Publications series documents selected (and often alternative) images that correspond to published materials. Formats in this series are primarily slides, transparencies, and negatives. Boxes in this series are stored almost entirely in remote Cold Storage and require 48 hours' advance notice for access.

For many of the publications, there is a marked copy of the completed issue that has the image ID numbers on each page, along with the image. These publications have been kept with the slides/transparencies/negatives as guides for understanding the image selection. A clean copy of the publication is available in Hagley's Published Collections holdings, and some publications are available online in Hagley's Digital Archives, as follows.

The three major publications represented in this series are: DuPont Directions, DuPont Magazine, and DuPont World. DuPont Directions magazine [ff HD9651.9.D94 A137] is arranged by volume/issue number and dates from 1986 to 1990. DuPont Magazine [f HD9651.9.D94 A15] is organzied by story topic, dating from 1981, 1990, and from 1993 to 1996. There are a few sets of images from reports created in the late 1980s and early 1990s, specifically Annual Reports [HD9651.9.D94 A12] and Quarterly Reports.
