Scope and Contents
The Awards series is mainly composed of images of recipients of the Marketing Excellence Recognition (MER) award between 1986 and 2001. The award is sometimes called the DuPont Marketing Excellence Recognition (DMER) or the Corporate Marketing Excellence Recognition (CMER). Winners can recieve an award as part of a team or as an individual. There are images that were submitted by recipients for publicity purposes, as well as award ceremony images and award ceremony programs. Additional awards represented in this series include the Engineers Excellence Awards ceremony, Lavoisier Medal for Technical Achievement recipients and award ceremony, the Safety, Health, and Environment Excellence (S.H.E.) awards recipients (group and individual portraits), and the Sustainable Growth Excellence (S.G.A.) Awards recipients (group and individual portraits). These images date from 1986 to 2011.
