Abstract:

PepsiCo, Inc. is an American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation headquartered in Harrison, New York, in the hamlet of Purchase. The company has its orgins in the development of the soft drink Pepsi-Cola in 1898 by pharmacist Caleb Bradham (1867-1934). This small collection consists of a handbook detailing methods for marketing Pepsi soft drinks to the African American demographic, particularly through a PBS television show, Black Journal.
