Scope and Contents
This subseries consists of research project materials related to Women in Law. This project was one of several that Catalyst undertook to better understand the career landscape for women in various professions and industries. It was the first to feature a geographically representative sample of women and men law graduates spanning all legal sectors, looking comprehensively at career paths, advancement, and work/life balance. The project resulted in the report, “Women in Law: Making the Case” (2001). Materials include surveys, survey data, interviews, administrative files and preliminary findings, and report drafts.
