This subseries consists of materials related to the Women Director’s Roundtable, a Catalyst outreach effort that brought a group of women board directors together to meet regularly at Catalyst for discussion. Topics included bank and finance boards, mergers and acquisitions, consumer boards, inflation, audits, productivity, and social policy. This subseries is arranged chronologically; it consists of an initial Corporate Directorship Symposium, the roundtable’s mission statement, meeting packets, and meeting reports.
