The Clients series contains work BBDO did for clients, communication with clients and potential clients, and other relevant information. The series begins with client lists and the status of accounts dating from the 1920s to the 1990s, along with conglomeration advertisements BBDO produced. These can include radio or television show sponsor advertisements, images of billboards, photographs of celebrities with products, or highlight commercial reels. The larger part of the series is the alphabetical run of clients, which includes tearsheets, commercials, memorandums, correspondence, and other material related to BBDO’s work with and for clients. Some of the clients with a larger amount of material include Campbell’s Soup Company, Chrysler, DuPont, General Electric, B.F. Goodrich, Lever Brothers Company, Pepsi, Philco Corporation, and Wall Street Journal.
