Scope and Contents
Instituted in May 1976 as investigation into the legality of AT&T's Multi-Scheduled Private Line [MPL] rate structure filed to replace its Hi-Lo tariff [Transmittal Nos. 12546 and 12547, later No. 12716]. Under consideration were AT&T's proposed charges, classifications, regulations and practices compliance and conformity with the requirements in Final Decision in Docket 18128 [Private Line Rate Case] and in the Specialized common Carrier decision [Docket 18920]. Tariff revisions were withdrawn by AT&T, and proceedings of the Docket 20814 concentrated on the methods of cost calculation for the AT&T's long distance services.
