Scope and Contents
As Pahlmann's last major project, the surviving documentation is more complete than for most other jobs. It permits following all of Pahlmann's interactions with the University administration, the many steps and changes taken before realizing the final design, the development of color schemes, the placement of decorative objects, and, through purchase orders and other paperwork, the cost of the components and total project.
