Scope and Contents
This series includes two subseries: Minutes and Executive Department correspondence. The minutes include those of the General Manager's staff meetings, 1963 to 1965, and those of the Customer Relations staff meetings for 1963. Much of the correspondence subseries, which dates from 1963 to 1966, concerns Pack's customer relations-related trips around the world as well as correspondence with branch sales offices. Other correspondence is with aircraft associations.
