Scope and Content
The annual convention and board of directors meeting reports offer an overall view of the AGC’s general operating procedures throughout the entirety of the organization, and comprises detailed synopses of the annual meetings of the Association’s various sub and joint committees. Reports submitted to the board by the AGC’s subcommittees primarily consist of directive rulings and resolutions on federal economic policy, effects of legislative changes on future committee actions, as well as policy decisions and recommendations on a variety of other subjects. Basic organizational matters are also discussed, including membership, members attending each committee meeting, as well as lists of deceased members. Also included within the reports are the AGC’s annual proposed budget and balance sheet, and the executive vice president’s report.
