Historical Note
Administrative duties at the David Sarnoff Research Center were conducted by a number of different departments and divisions with a variety of names during its history. Key responsibilities included finance, marketing, personnel, facilities, public relations, and research support.
Scope and Content
The Administration records document research support services at the David Sarnoff Research Center with a wide range of materials. The most significant portions include the extensive vertical files of the Public Affairs Department (Series X), photographs from the Photo Studio (Series IX), organizational lists and charts (Series VIII), and records relating to the Tokyo Laboratory (Series XI).
