Scope and Contents note
Contains nine menus for the restaurants on the ground floor of the New York Hilton Hotel, located at Rockefeller Center in New York City. The restaurants were part of the "Rue Des Gourmets," which was a lobby level food court. Restaurants represented by these menus include Valencia, The Seven Hills, Old Bourbon House, Place Lautrec, The Taveerne, and Kismet Lounge. Also contains two miniature room service bar menus. The hotel's interior, including all of the restaurants, was designed by William Pahlmann Associates.
