Some aerial views of the river crossing and rail bridges made in preparation for construction of proposed long-haul fiber optic route between Illinois and Texas. Photographs present bridges via White River in Augusta and Newport, Black River in Knobel/Corning, Arkansas River in Little Rock, and Ouachita River in Arkadelphia.
