The DuPont Motors, Incorporated series is divided into two subseries: Publications, advertisements, and company images; and Administrative files.

The publications, advertisements, and company images subseries includes photographic prints of the various DuPont automobile models, automobile industry trade publications, and advertisements for the company provided through either DuPont Motors, Inc. or a local newspaper or magazine.

The administrative files subseries includes correspondence between E. Paul du Pont and his employees, the heads of other companies in the industry, and with law offices discussing the establishment of patents. The subseries also provides information regarding stockholders' events and the other du Pont businesses, including DuPont Motors Securities Company.
