Scope and Contents

Natural Foods Institute. William Grover Barnard (also known as "Papa" Barnard) sells the tri-grater, a simple grinder that fastens to the side of a table and slices and cuts fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and other foods. He demonstrates how the machine functions and prepares a Hollywood rainbow salad. Throughout his pitch, Barnard appeals specifically to mothers and encourages them to use the tri-grater to feed their families more nutrient-dense meals.
