Scope and Contents

Natural Foods Institute. William Grover Barnard (also known as "Papa" Barnard), the founder of Natural Foods Institute (later known as Vita-Mix), promotes good health through good eating. He stands in a studio kitchen and creates a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other concoctions that he claims can lead to better health. He simultaneously sells the blending appliance used to create these cures.
