Historical Note
Mark Edelson (1964- ) is Co-Founder, and Director of Brewery Operations at Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant (Chesapeake and Delaware Brewing Company). A native of the Jersey Shore, Edelson studied chemical engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and had an early career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. His background in manufacturing process, and an interest in brewing, led him to collaborate with Kevin Finn and a third partner to found Iron Hill, which has grown to a dozen locations around the region.
