Abstract:

The Eastern Store Fixtures Corporation was a manufacturer, supplier, and designer of fixtures and interiors for commercial establishments. The company was founded in or around 1953 by Louis Deitz (1919-2007) and was located at 19-21 South Orange Avenue in Newark, New Jersey. This collection consists of fifty one photographic prints showing soda fountains and store interiors presumably installed or supplied by the corporation.

Abstract:

James T. Mullin and Sons, Inc. was a menswear clothing store in Wilmington, Delaware. The store was founded in 1862 by James T. Mullin (1836-1896) in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and later relocated to Wilmington in 1869. James T. Mullin and Sons, Inc. expanded its locations throughout Delaware throughout the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The records consist of a scrapbook and a box of loose material laid-in and removed for preservation purposes. The materials document the business via advertisements, mailers, newspaper clippings, and some personal family items dating between 1911 and 1955.

Abstract:

William H. Horstmann & Co. was a manufacturer and retailer of civilian and military equipment. The material is primarily receipts, a small amount of correspondence related to inspection of goods or contracts, and a newspaper clipping of an engraving of the Horstmann's Manufactory.
