This collection is open for research.
Slides (Box 16) are housed in cold storage and must reacclimate prior to viewing. Please contact the Manuscripts and Archives Department at least 48 hours in advance of research visit.
To request material from the archives, provide us:
- Collection Title(s)
- Accession Number(s) or Identifier(s) and, if applicable,
- Box or Container Number(s)
This will greatly assist us in delivering the requested material to the reading room.

- If available, search or browse within the collection to locate desired material with box or container numbers. Not all collections are housed in multiple containers.
Include this information on the provided form or in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. To request multiple boxes or items, please list the collection, accession, and box numbers within the form or email message. If you need multiple boxes from one collection, list the collection and accession number once, then list the box numbers. Please refrain from sending individual requests for each box.
Material can also be requested from the catalog. Please note that we are a non-circulating library. Books and other publications may be viewed inside the reading rooms.
