Scope and Contents

This small collection consists of contract proposals and technical reports that were mostly submitted by RCA Government Systems Division, Camden, New Jersey. The proposals have Nossen's name written on the cover. The proposals and reports relate to communication systems being developed between 1964 and 1990.

RCA technical reports are detailed scientific reports on RCA’s research and development in electronics. Most technical reports are created for internal use, but contract proposals are intended for government agencies or other companies. Contract proposals contain technical and management plans, as well as brief biographies of the personnel involved. Most proposals in this collection were made to the U.S. Air Force.
