Historical Note
The American Motors Corporation was an automobile manufacturing company that was established in 1954 as a result of a merger between Nash-Kelvinator Corporation and Hudson Motor Car Company. At the time, it was the largest corporate merger.
Nash's George W. Mason (1891-1954) became the President and CEO of the American Motors Corporation. The Nash and Hudson models shared a manufacturing strategy but were sold at separate dealerships. The Nash Metropolitans were sold from 1953 to 1961. The Hudson Hornet was sold between 1955 and 1957.
In 1987, the company was acquired by Chrysler.
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of six sales training videos for the American Motors Corporation. Two videos are about how to sell the Nash Metropolitan automobile. One video is about the Hudson Hornet automobile and how to sell it. There are two general sales training videos about various sales techniques and one about how the company functions.
