RCA Victor was an American electronics company. The Radio Corporation of America (RCA) and the Victor Talking Machine Company merged in 1929 becoming the RCA Victor Company in 1930. This merger allowed RCA to consolidate the research, engineering, manufacturing and sales of RCA products.

Nicholas F. Pensiero (1918-2003) worked for RCA's Marketing Division. He received a bachelor's degree in business from La Salle College, where he later worked as an instructor. After serving in World War II, he served in the Radio Corporation of America's Marketing Division for thirteen years, then worked for the Philco Corporation before returning to RCA in the early 1960s. He worked as Director of Public Affairs & Marketing for the RCA's Government Division at Cherry Hill, New Jersey, until his retirement in 1984. He died at Mount Laurel, New Jersey, on February 26, 2003.
