Scope and Content
Collection consists of documentary views of three flour and feeds mills from the Delmarva area: Records flour and feed mill (Laurel, Delaware); Double Mill (Mardela, Maryland); Linchester Roller mill (Preston, Maryland). The photographs include interiors showing some machinery, exteriors, and some millers. The views are identified, and some have detailed captions. The machines shown include a packer (filling machine), a cleaning machine, rolling grinding machines, sifter, a scale, cockle machine, hammer mill.
