Historical Note
Lori Clough (1963- ) is Co-Founder and General Manager of 3rd Wave Brewing Company. A native of southern Delaware, Clough studied science and technology at Delaware Tech and Delaware State before having an early career in hospitality at the Delaware beaches and five years as a food technologist in Ireland. Returning to Delaware, Clough worked as a delivery driver for UPS before co-founding 3rd Wave Brewing Company, where she manages the brewery, tasting room, and sales force.
