Historical Note
The Presidential election of 1932 was between Republican candidate and incumbent Herbert Hoover (1874-1964) and the Democratic candidate Franklin D. Roosevelt (1882-1945). The country was experiencing the Great Depression and placed much of the blame on President Hoover. Roosevelt was elected in a landslide.

Small wooden puzzle, "The Presidential Puzzle," from the campaign of Herbert Hoover and Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1932. The purpose of the puzzle is to move one of the two blocks of wood with a candidate's name into the corner designated as the White House.
