Scope and Content

This item is a manager training film. The film narrative is about a manager who is not in control and having problems with time management, project management, an underutilized staff, and overall unhappiness. Although co-workers express concern it isn't until a crisis occurs that forces him to reexamine his management strategy. Together with his staff he begins to gain control and avoid another crisis. It is difficult for him to adjust to the new management style, but he eventually adapts. There is a "Discussion Leaders Guide" for the film.
